LINK: Scripting with the Lua Behavior Debugger in Gamebryo LightSpeed

Link Description:
Part of a series of videos, this video provides an overview of the script integration and Lua Behavior Debugger in Gamebryo LightSpeed. This video is narrated by Emergent Product Manager David W. Bell.

The demo uses a sample application, "Mangled Metal", to demonstrate real-time editing and rapid iteration on a running instance of a game. The sample appication is running in a PC window on the same machine as the tools, but could just as easily be running on a networked PC, Xbox 360, PS3, or Wii.

The scripting language demonstrated is Lua, but game developers can bind their language of choice for game development while developing their title using LightSpeed.

Character assets (player characters and enemies) from the "Mangled Metal" demo are based on the WARMACHINE® property owned by Privateer Press™, Inc.
